Delivery Methods

SHIPPING SPECIAL: $1.99 Shipping per order with USPS media mail.
Order 1 or 100 box sets and shipping is still $1.99.

Domestic (USA) Shipping Methods:

* Ground and 2nd Day Air rates above are based on a single box set being shipped inside the USA. Multiple box sets will be calculated based on total weight of order and size of the package. Rates will be viewable in shopping cart.

We hold the right to upgrade USPS media mail to UPS Ground service for larger orders. In this case you will still be charged the same amount, we will just ship with a different carrier.

We only ship orders M-F. We do not ship on weekends. All orders will ship within 2 business days of the day ordered. Express orders ship the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 pm CST, otherwise they will ship next day. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.

Question: Are these films full length features or just previews and trailers?
Answer: These are all full-length feature films.

Question: What region are these DVDs?
Answer: These DVDs are Region 0. They will play in any DVD player in the world.

Question: Are these DVDs PAL or NTSC compatible?
Answer: These DVDs are NTSC compatible. That means if you live in North America, South America, or Asia you will have no problem viewing these DVDs. If you live in Europe or Australia, you should check your TV documentation to see if your TV supports NTSC.

Question: I see some DVD MegaPacks on your list, but I can't order them. How can I get those?
Answer: If there is a MegaPack you can't order, either it hasn't been released yet or it is currently out of stock. If you send us an email or call us, we will be glad to tell you when that product will become available.

Security:

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Your credit card is safe, because our site uses the latest encryption technology. When you order from us, your credit card information is protected with digital certificates, secure commerce servers, and credit-card-fraud detection software. A credit card purchase at the DVDMegaPacks.com is more secure than handing your card to a store clerk at the mall. Ordering through DVDMegaPacks.com provides several security measures. Also be aware we are a Yahoo! Secure Store, which means you get the saftey and security of Yahoo!'s amazing technology with the great customer service of a small "mom and pop" store.

Return Policy:

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with what you have received from us, you can return your purchase for a full refund (except shipping charges), as long as your return is 30 days or less from the date shipped. You must follow these instructions to return something:

DVDMegaPacks will not accept any return without a valid RMA number.
Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
To request an RMA number, email us at service@dvd-megapacks.info.
Do not return anything WITHOUT receiving an RMA number.
Any products returned without proper RMA# will be assessed a 20% fee.
RMA numbers are good for 10 days from the date of issue.
Shipping is paid by the customer, on all returns
Please allow two weeks for credit.
Due to our relationship with our manufacturers, if part of a product becomes defective, you have to return the whole thing to receive credit or a replacement.
For replacements, once the returns department has received your defective product, DVDMegaPacks will immediately ship your replacement (dependent on stock availability) to the same address as the original order.
Please return your item (defective or otherwise) in the same manufacturer packaging it came in. Include all packing material, manuals, software, and registration cards. Your ORDER NUMBER MUST be written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Remember to include the packing slip from your original order. If you don't have it, just give us your order number.
Please do not write on the manufacturer's box. Instead, please write your RMA number either on your packing list, or, if your item came packaged in a plain brown box or paper, simply write it on the outside of that packaging.
